During this presentation, Shelly will be offering you her perception and interpretation of what has assisted her on her own spiritual journey into consciousness, which she shares in her book, Journey into Consciousness: One Woman's Story of Spiritual Awakening with Tools to Assist you on Your Own Journey.
These tools and exercises as well as insight run the gamut of basic information that bears repeating to wisdom that is easily incorporated into one's daily life. In addition, participants are invited and encouraged to ask questions throughout the presentation.
