Aging Gracefully - Is it Possible?

Whether you're 7 or 77 or somewhere in between, aging is an issue. For the 77-year-old, it's a big issue. For the 7-year-old, not so much. But if I could counsel my 7-year-old self, I surely would have several pearls of wisdom to share. Same for my 17-year-old self, my 27-year-old self, 37, etc. I suppose I could focus on all the things I wish I'd done. Or the things I wish I hadn't done. Instead, I could appreciate and acknowledge myself at all these stages of life. And encourage and provide some useful tips along the way. If you're on the older end of the age range, what kind of tips would you give to your younger self? If you're on the younger side, what bits of wisdom do you wish you knew now without having to wait? Is it possible to age gracefully? Starting at 7? And continuing past 77?
