Gentle Flow Yoga with Lacy Graham

Lacy is nearing the completion of a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program at Yoga Deza. In addition to this, she'll be graduating from the University of Arkansas this December with a degree in journalism. She is a joyful person who is passionate about helping people be well and feel good in their bodies. Join this class for a fun and relaxing gentle flow!
