Elimination

“There must be a renunciation or letting go of old thoughts before the new can find place in the consciousness. This is a psychological law, which has its outer expression in the intricate eliminative functions of the body.”  Charles Fillmore, The Twelve Powers of Man

“Nothing can separate us from God, the divine nature that is our most true, Infinite Self.  Only in our mind can we feel separate; and when we feel separate, we can cleanse our mind with the power of release.” Divine Audacity, by Linda Martella-Whitsett

Renunciation--A letting go of old thoughts in order that new thoughts may find place in consciousness. A healthy state of mind is attained when the thinker willingly lets go the old thoughts and takes on the new. This is illustrated by the inlet and outlet of a pool of water. The center of renunciation, sometimes called elimination, in the lower part of the abdomen, carries forward the work of elimination of error thoughts from the mind and waste from the body. Charles Fillmore, The Revealing Word

Morning Prayer

Divine Source, I give thanks for my life and this now moment.  I let go of anything not serving my highest Good!  I claim my Goodness and I know what is mine to do and be today.  I release all that does not come to me from the Perfect Awareness of all I Truly Am!

I relax into knowing the quickening power of Love and Wisdom, and how it is always working in my life.  I give thanks for the Faith to know and experience the Truth of my Divinity and follow where it leads.

I imagine the endless possibilities the day has for me from Love, Wisdom, and Abundance… (Fill in the blank). I choose to love what it feels like to be all I can imagine myself to be.   I take conscious breaths and connect to my deepest source. I am guided by the strength and faith of my Divine Source.

Centered in this great Universal Source of Strength and Faith, I release all tension, fear and sense of lack as I remember and visualize my True Wise and Loving Self.

I keep my Mind, Heart, thoughts, feelings, actions and words “stayed on thee” as the realization of all that I truly am quickens within me. I see my True Self in a way that awakens my Soul into renewed confidence and Zeal for all that is mine to do today.

I hold in my open heart, prayers of healing, strengthening, Love and Light for me, my loved ones and all beings that inhabit our earth.  I see them from a place of Wholeness.  I choose words of affirmative prayer.

I know that the perfect order of the day will unfold for me.  I am blessed to have this moment; to sit in awareness of Love, Light and so much More.  I am grateful for this day and trust that my way will be infused by Strength, Faith, Love and Wisdom.

“I naturally and effortlessly release wasteful thoughts of unworthiness and only human limitation.

With every breath, I release the moment past, that I might be wholeheartedly present now.”  Divine Audacity, Linda Martella-Whitsett, page 184

Midday Prayer

As I continue mindfully living this beautiful day, I once again give thanks for this now moment and all that is mine to do and be today comes to me from the Perfect Awareness of all that I Truly Am!

Centered in this great Universal Source of Strength and Faith, I release all tension, fear and sense of lack as I remember and visualize my True Wise and Loving Self.

As I feel a sense of letting go of the experiences of the morning, I relax into knowing the quickening power of Love and Wisdom. I know Good is always working in my life.  I give thanks for the Faith to know and experience the Truth of my Divinity and follow where it leads me in each moment.

There is so much life I can experience in this now moment.  I stop and breathe in what this time has for me.  Simply being with my breath I sense the fullness and beauty life has for me now.  I invite a time of gratitude and Love to rise within me.  I acknowledge the perfection of this moment as I take time to sit in stillness.

I know there are endless possibilities for me today, and I give thanks for those moments.  My heart is open and ready for whatever is next.

My mind, thoughts, feelings, actions and words are “stayed on thee” as the realization of all that I truly am quickens within me. I continue to see my True Self in a way that awakens my Soul into continually renewing my confidence and Zeal for this day.

I hold in my open heart, prayers of healing, strengthening, Love and Light for me, my loved ones and all beings that inhabit our earth.

I see myself continuing on today’s path infused with the quickening power of all that I Am today.  I am grateful for this day and trust that my way will be led by the perfection of Divine Source.

“I naturally and effortlessly release wasteful thoughts of unworthiness and only human limitation.

Evening Prayer

As this day is ending, I quiet my thoughts, I relax and I let go.  I release all my memories of this day and let Spirit bring into my Mind’s Eye the Truth of this moment…I am Blessed, I am Love and I am Gratitude.  I give thanks for this day. My mind, thoughts, feelings, actions and words are “stayed on thee”. I see myself as I truly am, Divine in Nature.  I visualize a night of perfect rest.

My heart is open as I affirm prayers of healing, strengthening, Love and Light for me, my loved ones and all beings that inhabit our earth?

I invite thoughts of love and gratitude to expand within me.  I am grateful for (Make a list of 5 or more things you are grateful for…).

This day was a blessing, given to me to experience all that was mine to do and be today.

I know my life unfolded in perfect Order today.  I breathe in this perfect moment with thoughts of Love and Grace.  I invite these thoughts to wash over my whole body, inside and out as I relax deeper and deeper into my True Essence.

I recognize how today’s path was lit up by the quickening power of all that I am.  I trust that as I wake tomorrow, my new day will be infused with Strength, Faith, Love and Wisdom.
